| - I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, and do not have to disclose that reason explicitly to the commissioner. |
| - If in the event that the commissioner reveals themselves to be using my artwork for proven bigoted, harmful, or otherwise hateful purposes, all protections given in this document will be broken and I will cease all connections with the commissioner. I will retain ownership of the work. |
| - Communication between myself and the commissioner should take place over Discord PRIVATE I will not contact the commissioner on any other platform regarding a commission unless their discord account is inaccessible. |
| - Commissioners must provide a clear written description/visual reference for works. This includes doll-makers or drawings done on bases. Custom design commissions require a moodboard, inspiration photos, or concept boards you'd like me to reference. |
| - Commissioners may not use works commercially unless previously negotiated. Current commercial use rates are calculated on a case by case basis. I reserve the right to charge more for commercial usage of my artwork. |
| - Turnaround time can vary, but you can expect my art to take from a week to a few months once I start. I work on these during the week and am unable to do any work on them during weekends. Progress is easily available on my Trello. |
| - My art comes with a signature attached that may not be removed under any circumstances. There is no fee or any begging that will get me to remove it. |
| - Proper credit is required whenever a commissioned work is shared in any way. Proper credit for SFW art preferably links back to any of my main links, however credit just as Art by 5H4RKU8US works just as well, as that is my name on most socials. |
| - I provide WIPs via Discord on regular intervals. Extra updates may be requested at any time during the commissioning process. Changes may be made at the sketch stage for no additional cost. Major changes at the lineart and coloring stage will cost a fee, depending on the amount of changes. Minor changes at these stages, such as changing colors or slight lineart changes will not cost a fee. Mistakes made on my error, be it major or minor, will not cost a fee whatsoever. |
| - I save full, unflattened files of my current commissions as of 5/24/2023 Any commissions completed before this date are not guaranteed to have an unflattened version. |

| - All prices are listed in USD. Please use the appropriate conversion before payment if you are not paying in USD. |
| - Payment must be sent before I start. Method of payment will depend on what you're paying with. I currently take Cashapp and ko-fi via stripe for commissions. For larger commissions 150+ USD, I am willing to take payment plans. |
| - Pricing may vary based on character complexity, background, pose complexity, or any other variable. I will notify you of this charge before the commission is ever paid for. |
| - Pricing is per-character. Two characters drawn as a full body in one scene would cost as much as two fullbodies, and so on. |
| - Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances on my part. This includes but is not limited to; health issues, family crisis, burnout, or general stress. The commissioner may request a refund at any state before the final artwork is received. A 75% refund will be given at the sketch stage. A 50% refund will be given at the lineart stage. I do not give refunds at the coloring stage. |
